Orange is the new black

They say that colour is key in creating an exciting visual appeal and it's what invites you to the table to dig into a delicious meal. We couldn't agree more and to that end, we're featuring one of our spicier dishes that endeavours to meet that mandate - our vibrant red Ojin O Bokeum. At a glance, it's a no brainer that this dish is a mix of squid and vegetables. But the magic kicks in with the spin that we put on this cultural delicacy with our signature sauce that's generously laced across the plate and into the grooves of our diced squid. This is a dish that most certaintly goes well with a bottle of ice cold rice wine.
